We made it. After hours of driving, we made it first to Sumter, SC then to Orlando. The resort is wonderful and we have enjoyed days of laying out by pools with waterfalls, one very long trek to St. Pete to see the Red Sox play the Rays in a 13 inning game (which the Red Sox lost!) That was not cool, but we still had fun.
Last nite we met some cool people from Oklahoma, played volleyball with them and realized half-way through that one of the girls was named Christa! :) Scott beat me in three games of Bocce ball. :( We are relaxing. The only reason I am blogging is because I have to use a minimum of $3.00 (approx 15 minutes worth of Internet time). So, happy August to all and know we are enjoying the sun, the sand on the volleyball court, time together and mornings on the deck drinking coffee and watching people play golf. Smiles to all!
PS We can't wait to meet Cate! You should see what we got her! :)
