Texas Trip for Two

Last weekend, we made a whirlwind trip to Texas. SURPRISE! The intentions behind the trip were based in a promise we made to Matthew, my cousin, about making it to one of his football games. Being able to keep that promise was reason to smile and making it surprise-style was all the more fun. All in all, it was filled to the brim and we had a great time with family. We learned some things about Texas we didn't know, we walked into a tight hug hello by a shocked Meredith, we saw Matthew win his football game, we ate Tex Mex (mmm), we interrupted Hunter's pledging for a quick visit from a Baylor boy, in all the craziness, we even surprised Noni, we watched UT play with Mark and Ty, saw Buddy, Gigi, Haha, and Caroline for the first time in ages, and we were introduced to the meaning of Mums during a League City, Texas homecoming weekend. It was a joy to be a part of the Seales' lives, even for a few short, crazy hours! We couldn't have accomplished the surprise aspect without the help of Mark, who I am sure, enjoyed every single minute of it. :) Thanks, Mark! We love ya'll and pray that God brings us back together sooner than later.
